SINGAPORE SPORTS HUB
This public-private partnership (PPP) mixed-use project includes a stadium, multi-purpose indoor arena, a water sports centre, the existing Singapore Indoor Stadium and an aquatic centre.
The Stadium has 55,000 seating capacity, and features the largest dome structure in the world with a retractable roof.
The OCBC Aquatic Centre features two pools, a ten-lane competition pool and an eight-lane training pool. The Sports Hub also has a Water Sports Centre for canoeing and kayaking.
Singapore Sports Hub is a recipient of the BCA Green Mark GoldPlus Award, World Architecture Festival 2013 – Future World Building of the Year (Leisure) and The Supreme Award for Structural Engineering Excellence 2015.
