TOWNSVILLE MARINE PRECINCT
This general-purpose cargo port is one of the fastest growing ports in Queensland.
The Townsville Marine Precinct is a purpose built commercial marina, providing opportunities for the region’s marine industry.
It is home to Townsville’s commercial fishing fleet, marine fabrication and repair industries, marine research and other marine support facilities.
The works included reclamation, dredging, harbour basin, quay walls, berths, jetties and topside facilities.
RLB provided initial feasibility studies, cost planning, budget establishment, risk assessment, tender evaluation and construction administration services.
