TOOWOOMBA SECOND RANGE CROSSING
The Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (TSRC) project is the largest Commonwealth Government commitment to a single road project in Queensland's history.
Addressing a recognised constraint in the National Land Transport Network, the TSRC will ensure freight efficiencies and significantly improve driver safety and community amenity by removing heavy vehicles from the central business district.
RLB provided technical and financial due diligence services and is the financial certifier for the consortium.
