As long-term collaborators on the $2 billion-plus transformation of Jupiters Gold Coast to The Star Gold Coast, RLB has worked extensively throughout the mixed-use precinct to deliver masterplan, refurbishment and construction works.

Located in the heart of Broadbeach, The Star Gold Coast is a world-class integrated resort, setting new benchmarks in destination tourism, accommodation, and residential development. It encompasses The Star Grand, The Darling and The Dorsett hotels, The Star Residence, performance and entertainment facilities, new dining precincts, restaurants and bars, resort amenities and landscaped public realm. Its scale and ambition set it apart not only nationally but also by international standards.

With a phased masterplan, RLB has navigated complex programming and bespoke quality, design, and cost requirements to provide full quantity surveying services from project inception to the completion of various works to date. We continue to work in hand with Destination Gold Coast, consultants, contractors, and the local community to realise the ongoing vision of this iconic Gold Coast landmark.
