This urban retail environment is located on 24 hectares, ten minutes south of the Auckland central business district.

Featuring 200 stores and 4,000 carparks, Sylvia Park is large enough to service the diverse population of neighbouring town centres.

Almost a quarter of the site is devoted to landscaped spaces.
