The SAHMRI 11 project in Adelaide, South Australia, undertaken by Commercial and General, highlights RLB’s proficiency in construction programming and delay claim analysis.

This 6-Star Green Star Health and Medical Research building, located at the New Royal Adelaide Hospital site, includes dedicated wet and dry laboratory spaces, write-up/workspaces, public spaces, and administration areas for the Institute. ESD (Environmentally Sustainable Design) initiatives incorporated into the project feature a high-performance intelligent facade/skin, displacement ventilation, chilled water storage, and grey water recycling.

RLB’s programme and cash flow management were aligned with funding milestones negotiated with DEEWR, ensuring the project’s timely and efficient completion. Our expertise in construction planning and scheduling delivers comprehensive construction project schedules and building construction schedules tailored to the unique requirements of advanced medical research facilities.
