QUEENSTOWN AIRPORT, INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL EXTENSION
As one of Australasia’s fastest growing airports, this terminal extension adds 4,100 square metres of facilities to the southern end, including stunning floor to ceiling alpine views for waiting travellers, new gate lounges and retail offerings.
A new cutting-edge customs processing area allows up to 1,050 passengers per hour to be processed, compared to the previous limit of 350 passengers.
Infrastructure plans also allow for future terminal developments such as gate lounges, member lounges and retail space to accommodate future passenger volumes.
RLB in Otago is providing full quantity surveying and cost management.
