The Pimpama Sports Hub on the Gold Coast, Queensland, developed by ADCO Constructions, exemplifies RLB’s proficiency in construction programming and delay claim analysis.

This state-of-the-art sports hub, built on a 14-hectare site, features an Olympic-standard swimming pool, netball and tennis facilities, and a range of recreational and sporting options for surrounding schools and residents.

Additionally, the hub includes multi-purpose meeting spaces and a large park designed for events, gatherings, markets, and outdoor cinema.

RLB provided comprehensive programming support to ADCO Constructions, delivering fortnightly construction programme updates and contract programme updates for monthly PCG reports. Our involvement at a trade partner level ensured an in-depth understanding of the project’s progress and construction intricacies. RLB’s expertise in construction planning and scheduling ensures the successful completion of this vital community asset, delivering detailed construction project schedules and building construction schedules tailored to the needs of large-scale sports and recreation facilities.
