The multi-award winning Montefiore Jewish Home has set a new benchmark in aged care accommodation with five-star interior design.
Construction of this facility includes 279 residential aged care rooms, kitchen and dining facilities, a Synagogue and function room, day care centre, hydrotherapy centre, wellness centre, administration facilities, basement car parking and extensive landscaping.
RLB provided cost planning and estimating, pre-tender estimate, negotiation of contract and post-contract services.
