MIDDLEMORE HOSPITAL CLINICAL SERVICES BUILDING
The new Harley Gray Clinical Services Building at Middlemore Hospital was designed to provide world-class clinical services in conjunction with existing facilities, while ensuring future works can integrate seamlessly.
Specialised environments architects, Klein, separated clinical, visitor, and non-clinical support throughout the hospital.
With a range of clinical suites, wards, and units, as well as non-clinical support such as a kitchen and spiritual centre, this five-storey building focuses on patient privacy through its design.
The building was also designed to meet the post-disaster operational aspects associated with an Importance Level 4 facility.
RLB provided cost management and quantity surveying services.
