Developing Sydney’s tallest residential tower

GREENLAND CENTRE TOWER

This project comprises adaptive reuse of an existing 27-level officer tower (the former Sydney Water Board) and converting the building to a 67-level, 500-unit residential development.

A notable feature is the exoskeleton structural solution, designed to support the additional 40 levels.

As the tallest residential tower, at 235 metres, this will be an iconic Sydney landmark providing panoramic views and the ultimate in luxury living.

RLB provided the design competition comparative assessment, cost planning, bills of quantities, value engineering and post-contract services.
