This technologically advanced building is the first in New Zealand to have a 6 Green-Star Office Design rating.

The 4,600 square-metre mixed-use complex is designed to use 27% of the energy of a typical building its size. With sustainable features including a twin-walled facade that opens and closes to moderate the interior thermal environment.

Meeting the challenge to achieve an optimum Green Star rating took great effort from all parties involved.
