Due for completion in 2019, Commercial Bay brings together many ‘firsts’ for New Zealand with exceptional urban design, sustainability outcomes and stunning views over the Waitemata.

As a destination for global retail, food, entertainment and commerce; a transport node for rail, bus and ferry infrastructure; and a connection to the waterfront promenade, this redefines Auckland as a world class city.

Situated on the existing Downtown Shopping Centre site, it will include the City Rail Link, receive cruise and ferry passengers and incorporate the Albert Street bus interchange. At the centre will be the 39-level 39,000 square-metre PwC tower, with a three-level retail and food precinct at its base.
