The 76 luxury apartments built on this 100-year-old passenger wharf on Wellington’s waterfront offer an elegant mix of old and new.
With a lightweight nautical theme celebrating the immediate landscape and its history, the building incorporates many heritage items and elements found in the original building. It also includes a gym, a business centre, and a 16-seat private cinema.
