CHRISTCHURCH BUS INTERCHANGE
The Christchurch Bus Interchange is the first of the key anchor projects to be completed in Christchurch, post-earthquake.
This single storey, 3,762 square-metre facility features a structural steel roof design and an extensive array of bus bays. The project provided a challenge for the construction team due to a rapid tender process and review, followed by a short duration build.
RLB provided full quantity surveying services including feasibility studies, estimates, cost planning, tender and post contract work to completion including monthly cost reports.
