Delivered over three precincts, it will offer 1,500 mixed dwellings, office and retail space, including a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, and other health and recreational outlets.

Developed on five hectares of vacant land currently used as the Caulfield Racecourse carpark, Caulfield Village is expected to take fifteen years to complete.
