Designed by FJMT Architects, this 45,000 square-metre (NLA) specialised office building involves the construction of a premium grade office environment with highly-specialised security and engineering services. It can accommodate up to 1,800 people and operates 24 hours a day.

The building overlooks Lake Burley Griffin and is close to the capital’s national attractions. To ensure a high quality of design and development, the building’s scale and position is guided by the National Capital Authority’s planning requirements.

RLB provided cost management services to the Department of Finance under a managing contractor procurement form of contract.
