ANZ CENTRE
A stunning example of modern architecture, the ANZ Centre is a contemporary 15,000 square-metre four-storey premium office and retail development, in the heart of Christchurch City Centre.
The project includes a basement carpark and is base isolated at ground level. It includes a four-storey atrium foyer with an artistic sculpture as a focal point and café restaurant facilities.
Multi-tenancy coordination and city centre site logistics were a challenge. Due for completion in 2017.
