Lauded as one of the most important social infrastructure projects for South Australia, the $535 million redevelopment has transformed Adelaide Oval into a world-class sports stadium in just under 100 weeks. This 50,000 seat multi-sport stadium has a distinctive, 150-metre lightweight roof structure and improved spectator facilities.

As the fastest constructed stadium of this size in the world, RLB’s involvement was pivotal in delivering the project on time and under budget. RLB’s access to international benchmark construction cost data assisted the team in designing complex structural solutions that were economical and able to be constructed in a fast-tracked manner.
