Oliver Nichols

Oliver Nichols is a Director of RLB in New South Wales, where he has been based since 2008.

Through his tenure Oliver has worked on a diverse range of projects in a variety of sectors specialising in cost planning, financial reporting and post-contract cost management. With a primary focus in sport and recreation and high-rise developments, Oliver liaises with clients, consultants and contractors to propel complex developments towards successful delivery. Oliver has provided key input into major over-station developments and his sporting experience encompasses stadium cost planning plus games overlay and venue cost advice to host and bidding nations.

Oliver spent the early part of his career working on a number of intricate projects in London where he spent eight years prior to relocating to Sydney.

Oliver is a current NSW Justice of the Peace and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
