Michael Mihailou

Michael is a Director of RLB in New South Wales.

With a masters in property development and bachelor’s in construction management and property, he has led major redevelopments including a $1.6 billion Martin Place project for Macquarie Bank and Aqualand’s $2 billion development at Central Barangaroo.

Michael is passionate about building RLB’s sustainability consultancy service, research capacity and capability. He recently contributed to RLB’s carbon neutral accreditation, moving the firm one step closer to its target of net zero by 2030.

Michael is an affiliate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Property Development from the University of Technology in Sydney.
