Andrew Knowles

Andrew Knowles is a Director of RLB in Adelaide. He is an advisory services leader with significant experience in the preparation of due diligence, sinking funds, asset registers, tax depreciation schedules, capital and operational expenditure forecasts.
Since joining RLB in 1993, Andrew has provided expert advice on construction projects, providing clients with comprehensive expertise across the whole-of-life costs of a facility.

For over 20 years, Andrew has been involved in a wide variety of construction projects, including education, commercial, defence, sporting, public and civic, residential, and industrial.

He is also a passionate advocate of the RLB Graduate Program.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, is accredited with the International Cost Engineers Council and is a member of the University of South Australia Construction Management and Economics Advisory Committee.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Studies from the University of South Australia.
