Home to a wide range of educational facilities, Palmerston North is a vibrant, youthful city with an active student population.
Set at the foot of the Tararua Mountain Range, on the eastern Manawatu Plains, this is a city of sophistication and diversity, yet with all the freedom and space of a provincial town.
Established in 1963, RLB in Palmerston North has been involved in many campus redevelopments at tertiary institutions including Massey University, Universal College of Learning (UCOL) in Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, and the English Teaching College (ETC).
Projects include the Hopkirk Institute, the IVABS Vet Complex upgrade, Peren Building and Riddet Complex.
Other prominent local projects include PNCC Library, The Regent Theatre, Arena Manawatu, Te Manawa and Globe Theatre, The Plaza Shopping Centre, and the award-winning Iona College of Performing Arts and Information Resource centre.
Our highly experienced team enjoys the challenge of working with our clients to provide leading property and construction services.
