2017 marks the 20th year of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) sponsoring the Property Council New Zealand’s awards program.
World-class industrial manufacturing facility
This year’s Supreme Award was won by the new Sistema manufacturing facility, which also took home the ‘Best in Category’ for the Yardi Industrial Property Award at the annual black-tie gala dinner.
The state-of-the-art 55,000 square metre facility, located in Mangere, Auckland, is home to Sistema’s international headquarters.
Featuring a strong operational focus, the buildings design was a stand-out due to the attention given to all aspects of work flow, future flexibility, divisibility, and expansion.
