We are proud to announce that Chatswood East Neighbourhood Shopping Centre and Woolworths Gubuda-Gordonvale are finalists for the 2024 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards in the Property Council Academy Award for Best Shopping Centre Development category.

Chatswood East Neighbourhood Shopping Centre is a trailblazer in omnichannel retail, offering customers a seamless shopping experience that bridges in-store and online services.

Woolworths Gubuda-Gordonvale is celebrated for its community-driven approach, honouring Indigenous heritage with the adoption of the name “Gubuda” and featuring a large-scale mural by Indigenous artist Michael Boiyool-Anning.

Winners will be announced at the ICC Sydney on 11 September.
