The Directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in WA are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associates to our senior management team.
We would like to thank each new Associate for their contribution to date, and congratulate them on their respective promotions.
Jonathan Ierace – Associate
Starting his quantity surveying career with RLB in 2008, Jonathan has gained considerable knowledge and experience in a wide variety of construction projects in all stages of the cost management process from initial feasibility, contract award, and contract administration, through to final account stage.
Jonathan is a valuable member of our team, providing an enthusiastic and professional attitude to staff and clients. He adopts a thorough and detailed approach to all projects and has developed expertise in cost planning and contract administration.
His major projects include: The Towers & Ritz Carlton Elizabeth Quay, Raine Square Redevelopment, Methodist Ladies College, Kings Square, 32 St Georges Terrace, and Canning Leisureplex.

Paul Shanley – Associate
Since joining RLB in 2014, Paul has established himself as an integral member of the team.
With over twelve years’ experience working on a wide variety projects in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Western Australia, Paul has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of project cost management from initial feasibility through to final account. He integrates well with the client’s team and contractors, allowing him to identify issues early and advise how to mitigate potential cost overruns.
His major projects include: T1 Virgin Domestic Pier and International expansion at Perth Airport, Inner City College, Busselton Airport upgrade, Saint John of God Murdoch Redevelopment and the Expansion of Shenton College.
