We are pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Brien to Associate in Victoria.
As a key member of our Melbourne-based team, Colin has over 14 years’ experience in a wide range of project sectors, such as retail, residential, commercial and industrial.
Since joining RLB in 2003, after starting his career in Ireland, he has had extensive involvement with the commercial aspects of projects.
Focusing on cost planning and management, tender evaluation and negotiations, and value management, he actively participates in the early stages of developments to provide cost effective outcomes for clients.
His career highlights include, The Glen Shopping Centre Expansion, West Side Place, Masters Hardware Store Rollout, Melbourne South Regional Distribution Centre, Aged Care Developments for Australian Unity and Emmy, Monash University, Eureka Homemaker Centre in Ballarat, and the Garden House Residential Development.
