The Queensgate Event Cinema and IMAX development in Wellington has been recognised for Excellence in the Yardi Retail Property Award at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards.
RLB worked closely with Stride Property and the development team for the base build construction of the carpark and cinema development from the very outset.
The construction had challenges at almost every corner from the foundations up, but with an outstanding team these challenges were met head on and solved for the fantastic result that Stride Property achieved.
