Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is very proud of being a sponsor and continual supporter of the Property Council New Zealand We Are Waikato Property People Awards. Now in their seventh year, the awards were held on 26 October, 2017 in Hamilton, New Zealand, and were attended by over 300 people.

RLB sponsored the Property Professional of the Year Award, which was awarded to Pete McLachlan from Cogswell Surveys Ltd.
Pete has vast experience in land surveying and engineering projects in New Zealand, with various land developments in Cambridge, including St Kilda and Norfolk Downs. His involvement in these projects required a high level of project management, meeting tight deadlines and solving technical challenges.
Pete always went the extra mile and continuously looks at refining processes to make them more efficient. He continues to be heavily involved in many community projects and contributes regularly to local sports and community groups.
