Damian Gilmore has been promoted to Manager of the Sunshine Coast office. With over a decade of local expertise and 17 years in the construction industry, Damian’s impressive track record includes successfully delivering major projects such as Sunshine Coast City Hall, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, and the ongoing development of the Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal Expansion. Recognised for his cost planning, estimating, and post-contract services skills, Damian exemplifies RLB’s values of Truth and Trust by keeping his commitments and consistently exceeding client expectations. His leadership ensures that clients on the Sunshine Coast receive exceptional service and a dependable, collaborative partnership.

Nick Duncan was appointed Technical Director and recently moved to Townsville to bolster RLB’s presence in North Queensland. With over 20 years of experience in all facets of quantity surveying, Nick’s career is firmly anchored in North Queensland. His remarkable leadership journey includes overseeing the Sunshine Coast and Cairns offices, where he consistently achieved exceptional results. Nick played a key role in successfully completing major projects like the Sunshine Coast City Hall and the ongoing expansion of the Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal. As a trusted advisor to consultants, developers, financiers, contractors, and various levels of government, Nick embodies RLB’s values of collaboration, fostering strong client relationships, and working together for shared success.
