A finalist in the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards, the extensive refurbishment of the T&G Building illustrates how well-designed and executed office developments can transform a city.
Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) provided commercial certainty led by Victorian Director Chris Robinson.
The project has been shortlisted in two award categories – Best Heritage Development and Best Office Development.
In 2018, Pembroke completed an extensive refurbishment of the historic T&G Building to revitalise the property for the needs of the modern workforce, while maintaining the charm of one of Melbourne’s best-loved heritage buildings.

Pembroke T&G Building is nominated by Pembroke, owned by Horizon MP Management Pty Ltd as trustee for Pembroke CS Unit Trust and designed by Bates Smart.
RLB has partnered with the Property Council of Australia to present the Innovation & Excellence Awards program since its inception in 1982.
