It’s a great thrill to celebrate the 40th year of the Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.
Congratulations to the 2022 winners for demonstrating our industry’s agility and ingenuity…
Billbergia’s Wentworth Point Town Centre was recognised with the Rider Levett Bucknall Australian Development of the Year Award for its industry-leading transformation of an isolated industrial site into a vibrant residential community.
Heaven & Seeds of Cosmos by Investa – the centrepiece of Sixty Martin Place in Sydney – was awarded the inaugural Rider Levett Bucknall Award for Best Public Art Project.
Australian sculptor and painter Lindy Lee created the works which reflect on the civic qualities and heritage characteristics of Martin Place.
It has been RLB’s great privilege to play a role honouring the outstanding projects and people behind Australia’s largest industry.
Sharing our industry’s success stories helps us move forward as an industry. Each year we learn something new, which is why each year the calibre of projects is better than the year before.
Thank you to the Property Council of Australia team for a strong and enduring partnership.
