We are proud to announce that Adelaide Airport Terminal Expansion (TEx) and InterContinental Sydney are both finalists for the 2024 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards in the Investa Award for Best Mixed Use Development category.
The Adelaide Airport Terminal Expansion is the largest infrastructure project at the airport since 2005.
The $200 million project overcame challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic to deliver major upgrades in immigration processing, security screening, and retail and dining spaces, setting a new benchmark for airport design.

The project has enhanced one of Sydney’s most iconic hotels, positioning it as a standout destination that seamlessly merges the old with the new.
