Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is excited to announce key leadership appointments in the Perth office, effective 1 April. These changes reinforce the firm’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation and delivering exceptional value to clients and communities.

With over 20 years of expertise in cost planning, contract administration and risk management, Adam Robinson has been appointed Managing Director. Since joining RLB in 2002, Adam has played a pivotal role in shaping Perth’s construction landscape, leading major projects across aged care, sporting and entertainment, defence, education and civic development.

Among his notable contributions, Adam led RLB’s project team on the award-winning restoration of Perth’s iconic State Buildings (formerly the Old Treasury Buildings) – the largest adaptive re-use project of its kind in Western Australia. RLB provided cost management and quantity surveying services for this landmark heritage transformation, which was recognised with the 2017 PCA/RLB WA Development of the Year award and revitalised a group of century-old civic buildings into a vibrant cultural, retail and hospitality precinct.

Adam is an exceptional quantity surveyor and a highly respected leader. His expertise and vision will continue to propel our firm forward, fostering talent and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Mark Bendotti, Outgoing Managing Director

Reflecting on his appointment, Adam shared:

“It is an honour to step into this role and build upon RLB’s legacy as a trusted, independent advisor. While we celebrate our achievements, we must continue evolving, innovating and driving lasting, meaningful impact.”

With 17 years of experience in cost management, stakeholder engagement and procurement advisory, Jonathan Ierace has been promoted to Director. Since joining RLB as a graduate in 2008, he has played a key role in delivering complex infrastructure, healthcare and education projects. His proficiency in cost control, dispute resolution and value management enhances RLB in Perth’s ability to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

As RLB in Perth’s former Managing Director, Mark Bendotti remains a cornerstone of the leadership team. His strategic expertise and deep industry knowledge have been instrumental in delivering landmark projects and reinforcing RLB’s reputation as a leader in cost consultancy and project advisory. His ongoing leadership ensures a seamless transition and continuity of excellence.

Paul Shanley continues as Director, leveraging his vast experience in cost planning and strategic project advisory. His leadership ensures RLB in Perth remains at the forefront of delivering tailored, data-driven solutions that evolve with client and industry needs.

These leadership appointments reflect RLB in Perth’s steadfast dedication to integrity, collaboration and delivering measurable value.
