A finalist in the Master Planned Community Category at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards, Washington Park is a completed master planned urban renewal project for new integrated social, affordable and private housing.
Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) provided commercial certainty led by New South Wales Director Richard Rigby.
The project includes a new civic square, park and public domain activated by a new library, community centre and neighbourhood shops that provide amenities and services to 150 social and 625 private dwellings.
Washington Park is nominated and owned by PACYE and designed by TURNER.
RLB has partnered with the Property Council of Australia to present the Innovation & Excellence Awards program since its inception in 1982.
