We are excited to announce that 6&8 Parramatta Square is a finalist for the 2024 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards in the Procore Award for Development Innovation category.

As the largest office tower in Australia by net lettable area, the project has been designed to set a new benchmark for sustainable development, achieving a 6-Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating and a 5-Star NABERS Indoor Environment rating.

This tower is an outstanding example of how large-scale developments can incorporate cutting-edge environmental standards without compromising on quality.

Its dynamic retail spaces and vibrant public realm add energy to one of Sydney’s fastest-growing precincts.

Stephen Mee remarked,

6 & 8 Parramatta Square stands as a landmark development, representing the future of commercial spaces. With its state-of-the-art workplaces, dynamic retail spaces, and a vibrant public realm, this tower brings a new level of energy and sophistication to one of Sydney’s premier mixed-use precincts.

Winners will be revealed at the ICC Sydney on 11 September.

This year marks a significant milestone for RLB, as we celebrate 75 years of shaping Australia’s built environment.
