Highlights

A total of seven cranes was added to developments, offset by six removals.

The residential sector continues to dominate in Perth, accounting for more than 63% of all cranes.

Cranes were added at the following residential projects:

  • ALAMMC Apartments (Midland)
  • WACA (East Perth)
  • Broadway On The Bay (Crawley)
  • Serai (Mosman Park)
  • The Gardens (Nedlands)
  • Air Force Memorial Estate (Bull Creek)
  • 66 Marine Parade (Cottesloe)

Six cranes were removed from projects:

  • Elizabeth Quay Lot 2 (Perth)
  • Civic Heart (South Perth)
  • Celsius Apartments (Subiaco)
  • Aurora Apartments (Applecross)
  • Lucida Apartments (Como)
