RLB in New South Wales is excited to launch a new Government Advisory Services capability, led by the highly experienced Louise Greenhalgh.

“Louise is a strategic addition to our team who strengthens our advisory offering and complements our existing infrastructure and advisory services,” says RLB NSW Managing Director, Stephen Mee.

With over 20 years of experience in the built environment industry, Louise brings an exceptional skill set in risk management, value management and business change, honed through her work on complex construction projects across both public and private sectors in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Louise’s recent achievements include advising Transport for NSW on the Digital Systems Program, undertaking peer risk reviews for the Sydney Metro portfolio and estate optimisation studies with the Department of Defence. She has facilitated 1,000-plus workshops on risk management, lessons learnt, stakeholder consultation and strategy formulation. She has also contributed 25 years of service to the British Army Reserves, where she holds the rank of Major and is currently on attachment with the Australian Defence Force.

“Adding Louise to the team and formalising our Government Advisory Services capability represents a significant milestone for RLB,” Mr Mee adds. “Louise’s ability to oversee complex projects, navigate stakeholder relationships and deliver value-driven results aligns perfectly with our mission to shape the future of the built environment.”

RLB’s Government Advisory Services will complement the Infrastructure team, led by Roy Jones, and our broader Advisory capability led by Syidah Arnold. This expanded service offering demonstrates RLB’s depth of expertise and commitment to responding dynamically to the needs of our clients.

“With the launch of our Government Advisory Services under Louise’s leadership, we are uniquely positioned to deliver value for our government clients as they navigate the complexities of large-scale infrastructure investments,” Mr Mee concludes.
