Highlights

The region saw the removal of 11 cranes, and the addition of nine cranes, to record a total of 14 cranes.

Residential remains the dominant sector, accounting for 72% of cranes in the region. New cranes were erected at the following residential projects:

  • Maroochy Private Hospital (Maroochydore), Commercial
  • 50 First Avenue (Maroochydore),
  • Aero Apartments (Maroochydore)
  • Sunshine Coast Grammar School (Forest Glen), Education
  • Bianco (Caloundra)
  • Ocean Rise (Kings Beach)
  • Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel (Mooloolaba), Hotel
  • St Clair (Birtinya)
  • Serenity (Maroochydore)

Cranes were removed from residential projects:

  • Zinc (Bokarina, two cranes)
  • Azzure (Bokarina, two cranes)
  • The Beach Front (Buddina)
  • The Corso (Maroochydore)
  • Nature (Maroochydore)
  • Honu (Moffat Beach)
  • Lowana (Buddina)
  • Cabana (Maroochydore)
  • Tallow (Noosa)
