The Wollongong and Shellharbour region recorded a fall in this edition of the RLB Crane Index®, from 72 index points to 67.
Q1 2024
Highlights
The index value represents a total of 12 cranes across the region. Six cranes were removed from sites and five cranes were added.
New cranes were erected at:
- 141 Darkes Road
- 75-77 Corrimal Street
- 24 Harbour Street
- 23-25 Kenny Street
- 40-44 Crown Street
Cranes were removed from the following projects:
- Central Park (mixed use)
- Eclipse (residential)
- Rise on Gipps (residential)
- Ancora Apartments (residential)
- Areia Apartments (residential)
- 93-99 Kembla Street (residential)
