ARRIVALS HALL REDEVELOPMENT, MELBOURNE AIRPORT
The extension and refurbishment of the existing arrivals hall at Melbourne Airport will allow over 16,000 people to pass through per day, provide better connectivity to onward travel and allow for future expansion.
Expected to be complete by the end of 2020, the upgrade includes significant expansion of the existing area with a larger link connecting Terminals 2 and 3, additional seating and escalators, an improved outdoor taxi pick-up zone and greater wayfinding, as well as repositioned retail and hospitality.
