As part of our structured growth and diversification plan, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associates to our senior management team in the Adelaide office.

Rachel Bernard – Associate
Rachel joined RLB in Adelaide as a Quantity Surveyor in 1998 after gaining contractor-side experience. Her consultancy experience was also enhanced by working out of our Portland, Oregon office, which gave Rachel increased exposure to a vast range of development and procurement initiatives.
In Adelaide, she has gained a reputation for her impartial and constructive advice to a diverse client base, including Scentre Group, Hilton Hotels, and Calvary to promote best value delivery.
Rachel has also had a pivotal role in mentoring graduates and younger staff, and is an inspiration to all young women who aspire to thrive in a consultancy environment.

Sam Martin – Associate
Sam joined RLB in Adelaide as a Graduate Cadet in 2006, while studying at the University of South Australia.
He has gained a reputation for creating best value out of the most architecturally challenging projects, including SAHMRI, and the recently completed Health Innovation Building for the University of South Australia.
In recent years, Sam has specialised in the tertiary education and research environment but has also been diversifying his skill sets in the commercial office and defence sectors with Charter Hall and Naval Group.
Sam is also an enthusiastic and patient mentor who encourages high performance from all RLB teams.
