The Directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) are pleased to announce the appointment of three new Associates to our senior management team.
We would like to thank each new Associate for their contribution to date and congratulate them on their respective promotions.
Sophie Ignatidis – Associate
Joining RLB 14 years ago as a highly-awarded university graduate, Sophie has become a valuable member of the Melbourne team, gaining significant experience in all aspects of quantity surveying and providing services on a broad range of complex and varied projects.
She has undertaken pre-contract roles involving in-depth cost planning and estimating services from early concept planning through to detailed design phase. Sophie has also delivered construction phase progress and financial reporting services to a wide range of clients from local and state government to private developers, and educational and financial institutions.
Sophie is also responsible for the co-ordination of RLB’s internal graduate training program.
Her key milestone projects include: Melbourne Park Redevelopment Stages 2 & 3; Museum of Old and New Art (MONA), Tasmania; MONA Turrell Pavilion; The University of Melbourne, Melbourne School of Design; Goods Shed South; and Flinders Street Station Redevelopment.

Graeme Predgen – Associate
Graeme’s work experience in both the United Kingdom and Australia has added great value to his 10 years at RLB.
With both a professional and construction background, his expertise is in feasibility / conceptual estimating, cost planning, value management and tender evaluation phases of projects. He manages cost overruns early and has a real determination for maximising value for Clients. He is widely respected and has a vast network of contractor and sub-contractor contacts.
Graeme’s major projects include: The University of Melbourne, Melbourne School of Design and Bio21 Molecular Science & Biotechnology Institute; Australian Catholic University, 115b Victoria Parade and Daniel Mannix Centre; Haileybury City Campus Redevelopment; The Age Print Centre, Tullamarine; and Media House.

Shane Kelly – Associate
Since joining RLB in 2012, Shane has worked on many significant projects to become an invaluable member of the team. He is adaptable and confidently able to undertake an active role in both pre and post contract activities.
With over twelve years’ experience working on various projects across Melbourne, Ireland and United Kingdom, he has excellent attention to detail and always develops workable solutions to meet project objectives within set timeframes.
Shane’s major projects include: Melbourne Park Redevelopment Stage 2; Palais Theatre Refurbishment; Shrine of Remembrance; Highpoint Shopping Centre; Victoria Grange Retirement Village and Kew Cottages.
