Known as the ‘Garden City’, Christchurch is a vibrant and exciting place, with innovative arts and sports spaces, new cafes and bars and a thirst for new projects to rejuvenate the city.
After the 2010 and 2011 earthquakes, 70 percent of the city was demolished.
Established in 1986, RLB in Christchurch now has a new, spacious and contemporary office in the heart of the CBD. It is buzzing with activity due to the post-earthquake rebuild and ongoing city developments. We are very excited to be involved in the majority of landmark building projects currently underway.
With a team of 15, all experienced in complex construction developments, our Christchurch office covers all sectors in the health, education, university, retail, and hospitality industries.
Current projects include the Christchurch Hospital Redevelopment, the Bus Interchange, Canterbury University – Canterbury Engineering the Future (CETF), and the Town Hall Revitalisation and Justice district.
