Located on the former ‘The Age’ headquarters site on the corner of Lonsdale and Spencer streets, the highest of these four towers soars 81 storeys, with the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Hotel occupying the top 17 floors to become Australia’s tallest hotel.

Offering panoramic views across Melbourne’s CBD, it includes 263 luxury suites, a day spa, restaurants and bars, a business centre, and a 500-seat grand ballroom.

The precinct also features a 300-room, 4. 5-Star Dorsett Hotel, as well as over 2,700 residential apartments, retail areas and public gardens, gymnasiums and pools, virtual golf facilities and cinema rooms.
