This residential development is located within a large historic volcano site in Auckland's eastern suburbs.
Supporting the demands of an increasing population, 110 hectares have been transformed into a unique urban village.
The development features a mix of housing, from large homes to contemporary townhouses and spacious apartments. Community parks and walking trails surround a five-hectare lake and wetland system.
Due to be completed in 2025, Stonefields will be home to about 6,000 residents.
