ISPT invested $10 million into extensive heritage works to preserve this significant Victorian icon, before sourcing a global retailer to open a whole-of-building flagship store.
Fashion giant H&M took the opportunity to open their largest store globally, preserving the heritage nature of this grand Victorian building and giving the fashion landscape of the CBD a new lease on life.
