Paul Shanley

Paul Shanley is a Director of RLB in Perth, Western Australia.

Paul joined RLB in 2014 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor after gaining valuable experience in Ireland and the UK. Since then, Paul has amassed significant expertise across a wide variety of project sectors with a strong focus on Aviation, Education, Health, Defence, and Infrastructure.

Paul is renowned for his intellectual and practical experience, managing all stages of a project’s lifecycle, from inception through to completion and beyond.

As a passionate advocate of RLB’s Graduate Program, Paul offers graduates unparalleled support and mentorship, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their careers.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Construction Technology and Management from Technological University Dublin and is an active member of the WA Chapter of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
