RLB were engaged with Strata Global to provide quantification and costing for the as built assets of the following tecom developments; Design District (D3) 22 msqf, Dubiotech 20 msqf, IMPZ 45 msqf, Academic City and Outsource Zone 24 msqf, Studio City 14 msqf and Industrial City 560 msqf.

The scope comprised measuring all the build assets with regards to utilities and infrastructure.

RLB was involved in various collaboration with site survey teams and ensured structured approach to guarantee the large development measurements and costings are accurately reflected the built asset.
