LA VERDA
The La Verda property is a hotel apartment tower with eight adjoining villas and eight retail units. The client required a pre-acquisition, Technical Due Diligence (TDD) study that would provide information on the property’s condition, design as well as the future capital expenditure required to rectify defects and enhance the asset.
RLB conducted a condition survey of civil and MEP components, identified defects and health and safety risks, assessed regulatory compliance, provided a ten-year CAPEX financial forecast as well as cost estimates for client’s refurbishment proposals.
